Shipping Policy

At UMES PSGA, we understand that some of our products are highly anticipated and in-demand. To ensure that you have the opportunity to secure these items, most of our products will be offered as a pre-order. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your item before it becomes available for shipment. Please note that pre-order items have estimated release dates, which are indicated on the product page. This is generally two-three months from the order dateKeep in mind that these dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays or supplier issues. Moreover, please note that this website is entirely managed by UMES Pharmacy students, so we kindly ask for your patience. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes to shipping. When the pre-ordered item is ready for shipment, we will notify you via email and provide tracking information.


Additionally, we only offer standard shipping for pre-made orders which are typically delivered within 10-14 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days after payment is received.

  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. If your order is delayed or encounters any issues during transit, please contact our customer support team at We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a store credit or size exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • To be eligible for a store credit or size exchange, you must initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item(s) must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit or size exchanges as follows:

  1. Store Credit: If you choose to return an item, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital voucher or gift card, which can be used for future purchases on our website. The store credit amount will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping fees.

  2. Size Exchange: If you received an item that doesn't fit correctly, you may request a size exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item for the correct size.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact our customer support team at to request a return authorization.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Please securely package the item(s) in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s). If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the order. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
